Just finished the first season of The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst, with Season Two starting soon. If you like true crime this is a must watch. I’m not especially into that kind of thing, just watch the occasional one, but this is good, and the ending to season one is staggering.

Sky documentaries. It’s not really mine tbf, but this is worth checking out, it’s fascinating. The subject is from one of New York’s wealthiest families, and he agrees to be interviewed on camera, which is potentially his undoing.

That’s not a spoiler as it finished without revealing the outcome, as season two is imminent I think. Just need to avoid googling the story!

💥 Thursday Theme Update 💥

Good morning, fellas. Hope everyone is well. This week we have a very musical theme. No, not musical musical. What I’m looking for is your top 3 songs written for OR making its debut in a film.

The songs you choose must be worn in a basic pop song form and have lyrics/singing. Don’t show up with your classical piece that has some opera fat ass yodeling over it

Alright then, have at it

Paramount continue to milk this franchise.

I'm sure hardcore fans will enjoy it but as casual transformers fan, I am content with leaving this bucket of bolts franchise in my rear view mirror.

Doesn't look too bad. The only thing good about all the movies has been Megan Fox so a anime version might actually work.

Obviously the No1 is Celine for Titanic...i heard her sing that pre the film release on a talkshow...blew me away...i said to mrs pepper thats No 1 this wweek...it was and still is unrivalled as a theme song

Might be mistaken, but think I Will Always Love You is a cover of a Dolly Parton tune ... or maybe just written by her for WH

It wasn't written by DP for Whitney

Whitney's is a totally different arrangment.

DP basically speaks through her version.

Whitney sings it (*1million)

But yeah, you could put an asterix against that one. Depends how you interpret the question.
Whitney's version is completely different to Dolly's though

The acapella intro was something Kevin Costner insisted on btw, for the movie.

It was never intended to be recorded/performed like that as a record. But Whitney was just SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO damn good.

My god, she was incredible.
