How about you? How do you became an Arsenal fan?

I didn't support anyone till I was maybe 17, just used to play every Saturday and Sunday so never really watched any. I had a pretty bad ankle break and ended up spending those spare weekends going to Arsenal games with friends who had tickets, my brother also lived just opposite the stadium at the time. So I was just hanging around that area as a neutral and just got swept up in it all.

Plus that was around 2008ish when we were heading into our banter years and as Pete said I'm here for the elite bantz.

I actually remember doing to games and thinking it was kinda funny watching Denilson at first and eventually as I started to identify with the club it just went from being funny to sad, then back to funny again.

Could you imagine to support another team instead?

Not now, but back then I wasn't too fussed. I liked Keegans Newcastle as a kid & I had a few teams I liked cos of Championship Manager saves but no-one I was really drawn to.

I'd imagine it would be much the same tbh.

I think my local team would be Reading too and I hated the fact that they filled the ground and everyonein the area was a Reading fan when they came to the PL but had thousands of empty seats when they went back down.

So can't stand that club s
