Out of form or out of the club?

So it’s very clear Rodgers has lost patience with Soyuncu, Barnes and Tielemans and has publicly strung them up. I’m not sure that was a great bit of management and he looks to be deflecting from his poor tactics.

But that aside, what we have there are 3 players linked with top top clubs a year ago that can’t kick a football in our team right now.

Have they really gone that bad? Are they genuinely unable to follow Rodger’s instruction? Have they mentally checked out?

Whatever’s happening those 3 players sun it up for me. Right now we’re not getting good players to even play averagely.

Do we have a problem with players attitudes, or do we have a problem with the manager?

I’m starting to feel very strongly it’s the latter and a rebuild in the summer will only yield the same result. I hope I’m wrong.

Rodgers motivates players by blowing smoke up their @rse and talking 5hem they are destined for greater things. Players being players believe the scheite and get let down when it inevitably doesn’t happen for them all. Fault on both sides.

Same happened at celtic

First 2 years revitalise everyone then in his third year a load of players stopped playing for him and it was a blessing he moved on when he did

Hes a good impact coach but he doesnt seem to be able to kick on

Publicly strung them up? For about 55 minutes

What a smokescreen that was

Barnes I can understand, he was out for quite a while and with our amateurish Sports side that Brenda has created it seems to take all the players to back up to speed after being injured, look how long it took Maddison.

Brenda can't go quickly enough for me before he does any more damage to the Club, it's the behind the scenes and a new Manager / Coach that needs restructuring.

Interesting that bits are coming out now, are the Club PR'ing against Rodgers, apparently he over ruled the Recruitment Team to buy Vestergaard and Bertrand, Club slapping him down for wanting more money to waste, interesting there wasn't a penny for him this last window when we desperately needed extra at the back?

His Post match remarks are his damning feature of a cowardly Manager, Liverpool fans have had their say.

"Some highlighted Rodgers' strong post-match comments as reminiscent of his tenure at Anfield, accusing the boss of not "taking any responsibility" after a poor performance"

I'd just called them disgraceful and a sign of his character.

PS - We've got the Best Squad the Club has ever had, barring injuries that Rodgers is part responsible for he seems to be coaching most players backwards, no identity and absolutley no clue where we're going.

It seems the case at Liverpool too. Out r current issue is that 2/3 of our match day players are underperforming and that can’t just be the players’ issue.

Maybe we are just missing a key element but if he can’t get a decent game out of Soyuncu and is playing 2 midfielders in defence ahead of him it’s concerning.
