Bolton Wanderers v Walsall

Revenge is in the air for me as Bolton look for payback for the 2-1 defeat at the banks stadium earlier in the season when Bolton were bullied into a 2nd half submission. Things are different today. Then manager Darrell clarke has left for port vale replaced by Brian Dutton. Bolton's form of 11 unbeaten v walsalls 1 win in 15 suggests a mismatch today. Also history. While bolton have a terrible record at walsall at home its different. Bolton have won the last 5. Also been some goal fests. 8-1 in 1983 including 5 goals by tony Caldwell, 4-3 in both 2000 and 2001, 4-1 in our promotion season and 5-2 in the last meeting in the cup in January 2019. Team news. The hectic schedule of 5 Saturday/Tuesday weeks of solid football finally caught up with sarcevic picking up an hamstring injury that potentially rules him out for the season. Just the 1 change expected. Isgrove to come in on the right and delfounso to move across to the number 10 role. Talking of number 10s has anyone seen seen Ronan darcy?

Good results again tonight, not fantastic but dropping points can become a habit.

All set up nicely for a big Saturday provided we are first to get the three points in the bag.
Win this one turn over to the Sky panel and watch the rest of the day unfold.

The results went for us in last nights games. Two draws and a defeat for Exeter.

Hopefully, last nights game will take a toll on FGR. They only managed a 0-0 draw. They have a good record on their own pitch but can we beat them? Of course we can.

Salford City get a new manager , we play them at there place on the 13/04/21. Let’s hope the new manager boost has flattened by then.

Sometimes there isn't a new manager bounce, we will need to wait and see. However, we can beat them. A new manager, or not. They are now on their third manager for this season so it may just be that the team is just not good enough.

What we do know is that at the moment, our team has the best form of any team in the whole of the EFL. So, a win on Saturday will keep up the confidence in the team and as long as they keep up the work rate and work as a team, we will prosper.

Some classics in there think I counted 9 headed goals and there were plenty from set pieces and corners.
