I won’t keep it in mind. All of these players have played together. And the opposition was DUNDALK. Are you telling me that there is not enough cohesion and quality in the team to actually carve out just ONE clear cut chance? And even if we were to dismiss the game tonight, what about all our previous games this season?

If you are talking abt the first 30 mins. We did carve out chances. Eddie missed an easy one and there were loads of times where we were trying to walk the ball into the net.

Arteta is playing an extra defender. Its not a 4-2-3-1 where midfield can take control and a creative player can takeover the game like cesc or bergkamp used to.

We are literally playing the ball out wide on either wing and not through the middle in a 3-4-3. That means we get into crossing positions with usually one player in the box. And it not going to change until Arteta changes formation, I don't care who we buy.

Either way, the opposition tonight were absolutely rubbish. Their best playe/main goalscorer couldn't even cut it at League Two side Mansfield Town ffs. This is the level of team we were up against.

Maybe when it went to 3-0, we went back into 1st gear and just wanted to see the game out without any injuries or didn't want to tire ourselves out when the game was effectively over. Maybe we just couldn't find a way of breaking them down because the players weren't good enough too. I don't really care what the reason is.

The facts are we aren't efficient/ruthless enough in the final third and it will cost us in the latter games of the Europa if we don't become more clinical.

Wasn’t that miss by Eddie from a set piece?

And yes I agree that the problem is the formation. Now maybe away to United a 3 at the back is warranted but at home to Leicester and Dundalk it’s actually ludicrous
