Northern Ireland - Ticking over nicely

Another crucial and comfortable victory last night for us and is a reflection of our increasing standing that the result was not only expected but has gone very much under the radar of the National Media.

FFS we only have 40 Full time professionals (and 10% of them were injured last night), we are 2nd in our Group behind the World Champions and have our most difficult games to come at Home at fortress Windsor.

1st half we were excellent and Norways long throw ins and hoofball tactics were food and drink to our defence. Midfield were all over the opposition and both forwards scored. Perfect half.

Thought the 2nd half we were poor and lethargic and fortunate that the Norwegians were scheite. Too easy perhaps ?

Overall a good team performance and thought that Conor Washington should have got MOM.
He sure loves his football.

Next is away in Azerbaijan in June which is always a difficult time to play, after the season is over.
A point there and victories at home to Czech Republic and away at San Marino should cement our 2nd place.
