Should be an interesting game. It's very unlikely that Bournemouth will play a full-strength side, and they don't have the deepest of squads... being at Fratton Park too will be a massive plus.
Every game for us in the cup is a bonus financially as well as morally, a win against PL opposition would be a great boost for the remainder of the season.

Started going to my local club a couple of years ago. So, I identify as a United fan (have followed them since I was 4 or 5 and cannot just lose the affiliation) but am a match-going Pompey fan

The atmosphere still good in Fratton Pk? Used to be great when they were in the PL.

Yeah I love it and the atmosphere is superb. Realised I was missing something for years when I went a couple of years ago.
Tuesday night v. Ipswich was great, stadium full, singing all the way through.

Bournemouth should be cracking, the fans will not be expecting anything so will just be a good afternoon. Bournemouth are a nice club too, so it will be good local friendly banter between fans
