Port Vale V Peterborough Utd

This week's battle to eke out a win, sees the Posh play the Valiants, who are now a place above us.

Will the tide turn? Will Fergie's Q&A session with the fans tonight, pay dividends? One can but hope.

A draw would be a good result - C'mon the Posh! Have a pot!!

Ins and Outs:

We say goodbye to Grant McCann with thanks especially for those David Beckham-style free-kick goals he scored in important games.

We say hello, temporarily, to goal-keeper Scott Loach - in on loan to replace Alnwick who is injured. Good luck!

I was hoping that little terrier Jon Taylor would be back for Saturday's game, but he is off another month with the injury that has deprived the Posh of his attacking skills.

UTP!

Another disappointing result. Where is the tunnel and the light at the end of it?

Swiftly changing subject, good to see Dwight Gayle score two goals today and being recognised at last by being picked to start for Palace.

Just listened to Fergie's post-match comments. Players or Manager? I have to say Players - chances not taken: soft goals conceded. It baffles me that a team that started so well and has (or, perhaps, had) better players than last season, is doing so badly. They seem to be lacking concentration and have lost focus.
